About
I have been training people for over ten years. As head of technical training at a large German copier and IT company, I taught more than 1,000 participants in classroom sessions and learned what it takes for knowledge to truly stick.
For the past five years my focus has been on developing digital learning content. In 2023 I founded Knowledge Expert to deliver custom e-learnings and learning videos that fit each company's brand and learning goals.
Learning does not stop at the screen for me. For over ten years I have been an American football coach and have guided numerous youth teams. I have helped many young people learn what really matters: discipline, team spirit and the will to get a little better every day. I bring exactly this attitude to every project.
Responsibility does not end on the field. As founder of the charity The Last Catch, I support people in need in Hamburg and the surrounding area every year. Real togetherness matters to me, in work and in volunteering.
I work in a focused and pragmatic way, communicate openly and honestly and respond to every client need. Even on large projects and when things are unclear, I reliably guide you to the finished course.

Process
A clear process, transparent and without surprises.
We clarify goals, target group, scope and your corporate design. You describe what you need, I advise where it makes sense.
I develop learning objectives, structure and a storyboard. You see early how the course is built and give your approval.
Implementation in Articulate Storyline or iSpring, including graphics, animation and voice-over. All in your brand's corporate design.
You test, I correct. We run feedback rounds until the result is truly right.
You receive the finished, SCORM-ready package for your LMS. On request I support the rollout.

For course development I mainly use Articulate Storyline and iSpring. Graphics, editing and motion are created in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects. The output is SCORM-compatible and suitable for common learning platforms.
